The dispersing agent composed of an aliphatic polyester having low molecular weight is a substance having a number- average molecular weight of 500-30,000 and a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000-60,000 and selected from low-molecular polycaprolactone, low-molecular polyethylene succinate, low-molecular polybutylene succinate and low-molecular polybutylene succinate adipate, their mixture and their copolymer.
