Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coloring agent composition capable of coloring a biodegradable aliphatic polyester resin simultaneously with molding, especially enabling uniform dispersion of the coloring agent in the resin and giving a molded article having uniform and smooth surface and good appearance. SOLUTION: This coloring agent composition contains 30-99.98 wt.% of a biodegradable aliphatic polyester resin having an Mw of >=40,000, 0.01-60 wt.% of a pigment and 0.01-40 wt.% of a dispersing agent composed of an aliphatic polyester having low molecular weight. The dispersing agent composed of an aliphatic polyester having low molecular weight is a substance having a number- average molecular weight of 500-30,000 and a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000-60,000 and selected from low-molecular polycaprolactone, low-molecular polyethylene succinate, low-molecular polybutylene succinate and low-molecular polybutylene succinate adipate, their mixture and their copolymer.
