Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a center panel to an opening part of the main panel of an instrument panel with sufficient strength without imparing appearance. SOLUTION: In order to fit a center panel Pc to an opening part 1 formed at a main panel Pm disposed in an automobile cabin, an annular clearance 21 is formed at the opposed parts of the main panel Pm and center panel Pc, and an overlap part of brackets 15, 18 respectively fixed to the main panel Pm and center panel Pc is made to face this clearance 21 and fastened by a tapping screw 20 inserted through the clearance 21, and a tool. After fastening both brackets 15, 18, seal rubber 23 is fitted to the whole periphery of the clearance 21 to cover the tapping screw 20 and both brackets 15, 18 so as to be invisible.
