Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten traveling stability and to facilitate inspection and replacement of a power source. SOLUTION: A motor-driven dolly is provided with driving wheels 2, a DC motor for driving the driving wheels 2, a DC power source 11 for operating the motor, and a body 1 provided with a driver's seat 6. A power source arrangement part 10 is formed at least at either one of both lateral sides of the lower part of the body 1, and the DC power source 11 is fitted to the power source arrangement part 10. The power source arrangement part 10 has power source support parts 12, 13 formed at the lateral side faces of the body 1 with a longitudinal space and protruded laterally outward. An upward and backward opened cutout 12b is formed at the upper part of the front power source support part 12, and an upward and forward opened cutout 13a is formed at the upper part of the rear power source support part 13. A front protruding part 11a is formed at the front face of the DC power source 11, and a rear protruding part 11b is formed at the rear face. The front and rear protruding parts 11a, 11b of the power source 11 are fitted into the front and rear cutout parts 12b, 3a of the power source support parts 12, 13.
