Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always maintain an accurate shearing position, without the wear of a shaft even after a long term use. SOLUTION: This slitter has a pair of upper and lower rotary edges 1, 7 and boss parts 5, 11. Respective shafts 2, 9 have flat parts 12 on their outer periphery sides. Respective boss parts 5, 11 are provided with a lock lever 3 for obstructing the relative movement between the boss parts 5, 11 and the shafts 2, 9 by turning around a fulcrum slantingly and contacting with the flat parts 12 of the shafts 2, 9, a lock spring 4 for energizing the lock lever 3 to the slating direction and a fixed spring 10 interposed between the rotary edge 7 and the boss part 11 for acting a spring force between both. The lock lever 3 releases the contact of the lock lever 3 with the shafts 2, 9 by being pushed in the direction opposite to the slating direction against the energizing force of the lock spring 4.
