Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for an aluminum alloy shape (heat radiation plate) having a super high tooth form ratio of >=20 times and the die adaptive thereto. SOLUTION: The die consists of a feed die 1 and a forming die 2, the feed die 1 is arranged with one or more itegrated lateral beams in the direction orthogonal to a heat radiation plate, the interval of the lateral beams is larger than a heat radiation plate width, the forming die 2 is produced using a high strength die steel. The method is easily done and the production cost is low. A shape of the aluminum heat radiation plate of the super high tooth from, which can not be produced by an other method, can be produced. |
