Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign matter invasion-preventing tool capable of being attached to a conventional thermal transpiration device and not causing deterioration in transpiration efficiency. SOLUTION: This tool 10 for preventing the invasion of foreign matters can be attached to a thermal transpiration device 50 having a transpiration hole 66 for releasing a thermally transpired gas, and is provided with an attaching member 13 enabling the attachment and with an invasion-preventing member 12 for preventing the invasion of the foreign matter in the transpiration hole 66. Cooling-moderating members 14, 15 for moderating the cooling of the gas are disposed at gas-contacting sites.
