SOLUTION: A conductive material of at least one kind of carbon black, graphite, and carbon fiber, a granule of inorganic hollow body, and an inorganic reinforced fiber are combined with an inorganic bond to provide a radio wave absorbing body 11. Here, the radio wave absorbing body 11 provides an excellent radio-wave absorbing ability based on contained conductive material and the granule of inorganic hollow body, comprising an excellent mechanical strength due to a contained inorganic reinforced fiber, while contained granule of inorganic hollow body and inorganic reinforced fiber provide excellent incombustibility.
