SOLUTION: An incombustible layer 3 of at last one kind of an inorganic coating agent layer and an incombustible sheet which is manufactured to sheets from the slurry whose main component is sepiolite is integrally jointed to at last one part of a radio wave absorbing mold 2 wherein at least one kind among carbon black, graphite, and carbon fiber is combined to the granule of inorganic hollow body using an inorganic bond, to provide a radio wave absorbing body 1.
