Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supercooling releasing apparatus for stably, effectively releasing a supercooling state of a thermal storage material of the supercooling state for a long period with a simple constitution and operation. SOLUTION: The supercooling releasing apparatus releases a supercooling state of a thermal storage material of the supercooling state. The apparatus comprises a releasing element 1 having an infinitesimal space 29 formed of a member having a lattice constant similar to that of the material. The apparatus also comprises a clustering means for clustering seeds 2 of crystal nuclide of the material in the space 29. The seeds 2 of the nuclie in the space 29 advance releasing of the supercooling state of the material as the nuclie having a critical radius or more for advancing its crystallzation and can release a latent heat of the material. In the case of arbitrarily removing the heat, the seeds 2 can stably, effectively release the supercooling state for a long period with simple constitution and operation.
