Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily integrate two independently separated elastic metal plates to a heat insulating plate by providing a projection part on the heat insulating plate and providing, on the metal plates, a hole part for locking the projection part by the elastic repelling force caused by deformation so as to be smaller than the outer form of the projection part. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin heat insulating plate 3 is inserted between two independently separated thin rubber coating metal plates 1, 2 to constitute a gasket. A projection part 3c is integrally protruded in a required part of the heat insulating plate 3, and a hole part (h) capable of fitting the projection part 3c is formed on the metal plates 1, 2. Namely, an opening surrounded by the tips of three claw piece parts (a) is formed on the metal plates by punching, and the diameter of the opening is set smaller than the outer diameter of the projection part 3c. When the projection part 3c is fitted to the opening of the three claw piece parts (a), the claw piece parts (a) are elastically deformed, and engagingly locked to the projection part 3c by the elastic repelling force (spring-back characteristic of the elastic metal plate) caused at that time, and the metal plates 1, 2 are consequently firmly integrated to the heat insulating plate 3. |
