Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detoxify asbestos waste to supply the same to a melting furnace. SOLUTION: A collected waste asbestos material is applied to a crusher 1 to be finely ground and an org. or inorg. material having bonding function or both of them are added to the ground material to be kneaded 11 therewith and this kneaded matter is sent to a pressure granulator 13 to be formed into pellets and, in granulation, the added org. or inorg. material acts as a binder by pressurization and the heating action accompanied thereby, and the ground waste asbestos material is bonded and solidified and the waste asbestos material is stably pelletized. These pellets are supplied to a melting furnace to be subjected to melt treatment.
