Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a device for detecting failure in a voltage-driving element, capable of detecting failure in the voltage-driving element such as a MOSFET, especially, in a drive for a DC motor used in an industrial vehicle. SOLUTION: This is a DC motor driving circuit where a battery 11, a contactor 12, a DC motor 13, and a MOSFET 14 are connected in series. A VGS voltage detecting circuit 17, functioning as a means of protecting low- voltage driving in a power supply system, detects the malfunction in the MOSFET 14. If the gate electrode G is at a prescribed voltage α or lower or at the prescribed voltage α or higher after driving voltage is supplied to the gate electrode G of the MOSFET 14, failure in the MOSFET is annunciated. This device for detecting failure in a voltage-driving element also needs no use of an exclusive power supply circuit a conventional device had needed. |
