Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a stable control characteristic and a small and lightweight construction of a motor-driven disc brake by structuring it so that a bearing to support the rotor of a motor is mounted on a caliper body stably. SOLUTION: A caliper body 2 supported afloat through a pin slide mechanism on a carrier 1 secured to the non-rotational part of a vehicle is formed in a two-divided configuration into a cylinder part 17 fitted interiorly with motor drive device 7 and a pawl part 18, and pawl member 17 has at one end a ring- shaped flange 19 which is butted to the cylinder member 17 and fastened thereto by a plurality of bolts 20 arranged in the flange circumferential direction, and a bearing 35 to support the rotor 36 of the motor 4 constituting the motor drive device 7 is pinched by the cylinder member 17 and pawl member 18, and the bearing 35 is prevented from rattling with the fastening force of the bolts 20. |
