Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping cleaning method and a valve used for the cleaning method which can efficiently clean a concrete placing piping. SOLUTION: At the end of a concrete placing work, an urethane cleaner 35 inserted from the tip side of a horizontal placing pipe 6 is moved by the pressure of an air fed into the horizontal placing pipe 6 to push back the concrete in the pipe 6, and each of valves 8 is opened to discharge the concrete into the pipe 6 for placing it into a space inside a mold. In addition, after the urethane cleaner 35 is moved to the end of the horizontal placing pipe 6, water is fed into the pipe 6 by the first pump to clean the inside of the pipe 6 as the urethane cleaner 35 is pushed back to the tip of the pipe 6.
