Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a microcapsule having high capsule strength, excellent in storage stability of unsaturated fatty acids and unsaturated hydrocarbons, capable of stably compounding in tablets, as the like, and suitable for use as a compounding agent for foods, or the like and a compounding agent for medicines or the like. SOLUTION: This microcapsule comprises a core substance composed of one or more kinds of unsaturated aliphatic compounds selected from unsaturated fatty acids and unsaturated hydrocarbons and a gelling and solidifying substance capable of gelling and solidifying the unsaturated aliphatic compound at a normal temperature, and the wall film consists mainly of a gellable polymer compound.
