THIN TYPE LOOSE-LEAF BINDING TOOL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a binding tool wherein an outer fitting binding tool is formed of a structure as simple as possible and manufactured inexpensively and opened and closed easily, the closing force of a binding ring is sufficient by large and the binding ring can be opened widely and securely so that the addition or replacement of a loose-leaf is available easily when it is required. SOLUTION: A loose-leaf binding tool is provided with a first shaft 1 for standing up a semi-annular binding ring 3 of a first unit at the given intervals, a second shaft 2 for standing up a second binding ring 4 being hit with the binding ring 3 on the free end at the given intervals and an elastic sheath 5 for straining the first and second shafts together on an inner side in the state of hitting each other, and also support allowing the rotation of both shaft 1 and 2 are provided on the inner sides of both shafts 1 and 2.
