TEMPORARY FIXING METHOD OF FILM AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high quality product, in which no wrinkle develops at all in a film at its temporary fixing by a method wherein the tip of the film is temporarily fixed to the tip of a base material after the wrinkles developed in the film are removed by stretching them. SOLUTION: A film 3 is sucked by a vertically movable sucking plate 10 and a vertically movable and pivotable temporary fixing roll 30 positioning on the downstream side in the running direction of the film from the sucking plate 100. By turning that temporary fixing roll 30 to the running direction of the film, the tip of the film 3 is moved along the peripheral surface of the temporary fixing roll 30 to a base material fed to the predetermined position so as to temporarily fix the tip of the film 3 to the tip of the base material 4 under pressing. As a result, even when fine wrinkles develop in the film, the wrinkles can be removed by being stretched on the peripheral surface of the temporary fixing roll. Thus, at the temporarily fixing of the film to the base material, no wrinkle develops at all and also no bubble is entrapped in the film, resulting in allowing to temporarily fix the film continuously.
