Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize a tuning frequency by recognizing the position of an indicator to be dial-displayed by means of the sense of touch. SOLUTION: The tuning operation of a variable condenser 17 is executed by a tuning knob 12 and dial display is executed by the indicator 28 which is moved by linking with the rotation of the variable condenser 17 in a dial display device 11. The device is provided with a touch element 31 to be moved by synchronization with the indicator 28. The device is constituted so as to enable touching the touch element 31 from the outside of a case so that the position of the indicator is recognized by the sense of touch.
