LINING STRUCTURE OF TUNNEL AND ITS LINING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously execute a primary lining wall and a secondary lining wall and contrive reduction of a construction period and a construction cost by previously integrally forming the secondary lining wall in the inside of the primary lining wall, and lining the primary lining wall in the circumferential direction of a tunnel. SOLUTION: A fiber reinforced plastic layer-like or plate-like very thin secondary lining wall 8 is integrally manufactured in the inside of segments 3-7 being a concrete-made or metal-made primary lining wall in a production factory. The segments 3-7 are lined on the inner wall of a hole 2 excavated by a shield excavator. In the case where the secondary lining wall 8 is in the form of a layer, reduction of a construction period and a construction cost is contrived since adhesion resin, a hardener and reinforced fiber are sprayed or applied to form. In the case where the secondary lining wall 8 is in the form of a plate, the segments 3-7 are separated, it is detachable, responds with replacement and during setting-up, compatibility can be obtained. In addition, at the time of breakage of the secondary lining wall 8, maintenance is enabled.
