Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for arranging the sleeve tube in the desired position between two opposing form materials with a number of reinforcements arranged between them through the space between the reinforcements as well as a suitable sleeve tube therefor. SOLUTION: A sleeve tube 50 is composed of a large diameter cylindrical material 51 and a small diameter cylindrical material 56 respectively composed of axially cut plurality of divided pieces and capable of being telescopicly combinable. Respective divided pieces are brought into the space between the form materials through the space between a plurality of reinforcements and the sleeve tube 50 is assembled between the form materials. Respective divided pieces are fixed fast together by an adhesive tape 59. Fixtures engaging with the opening end of the sleeve tube 50 are respectively installed on the top of the respective opposing form materials and, first, one of the opening ends of the sleeve tube 50 is connected to one of the fixtures. Thereafter, the remaining opening end of the sleeve tube 50 is connected to the other fixture by mutually sliding both cylindrical materials and extending the sleeve tube 50.
