Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the execution in a more extensive range on a slope with a slope frame constructed thereon. SOLUTION: An execution facility effects the execution by hoists 12L, 12R while moving an execution device at least along the height direction among the height direction and the horizontal direction on a slope with a slope frame NW constructed. The execution device 10 is provided with a four-wheeled base platform 10A traveling astride slope frames NW2, NW2 arranged in the horizontal direction of the slope and continuous in the height direction of the slope, and an execution machine 10B mounted on the base platform 10A. The execution machine 10B is slidable by a slide jack 10D or turnable by a turning jack 10F relative to the base platform 10A. The drilling can be effected by positioning the execution machine 10B successively at the drilling position of a plurality of anchor holes AH1, AH2 without moving the whole execution machine 10.
