Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and safely effect the execution on a slope in which a slope frame is provided. SOLUTION: An execution facility effects the execution while moving an execution device 10 at least along a height direction among the height direction and the horizontal direction in a slope N where a slope frame NW is constructed. A pair of blocks 11L, 11R are connected to a highest part NW1 of the slope frame, a pair of hoists are fixed to the execution device 10, the hoist is connected to the execution device 10 by traction wires to be guided through guide parts 11L, 11R, and the execution device 10 is elevated/lowered by the hoist in the height direction of the slope with the slope frame NW as a support.
