SOLUTION: In this method for producing an acetoxysilane by reacting chlorosilane with acetic acid and acetic anhydride in the presence of a catalyst, in the operation in which chlorosilane is reacted with acetic acid at a reaction stage 1, formed hydrogen chloride is discharged, the produced reaction mixture is reacted with acetic anhydride in a reaction stage 2 and the formed product mixture is subjected to aftertreatment, acetyl chloride is used as a reaction medium.
