Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the flattening accuracy for a long time while preventing the generation of damage in blade pinching surfaces by coating the blade pinching surfaces of a mounter flange and a pinching flange with film layers of diamond-like carbon(DLC). SOLUTION: Blade pinching surfaces 37b, 39b of a mounter flange 37 and a pinching flange 39 for pinching a cutting blade 22 of a spindle means are formed with film layers 41, 42 of DLC having hardness equal to the hardness of the diamond abrasive grains. With this structure, even in the case where the blade pinching surfaces strongly contact with a cutting blade, damage is hard to be generated, and since the film layers 41, 42 of DLC has excellent compatibility with the diamond abrasive grain and the pinching condition is stabilized and the generation of frictional deterioration is restricted, flattening accuracy of the blade pinching surfaces 37b, 39b can be maintained for a long time. Deflection is not generated in the pinched cutting blade, and accurate cutting is enabled without generating chipping and crack in a work.
