OPERATION SYSTEM AND CROSS CONNECTION MANAGING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation system which reduces a load by means of decreasing the retrieval access of a path connected between terminal points and secures the matching ability of the managing state of cross connection. SOLUTION: An operation system (monitoring control part OPS1) monitors and controls a cross connection device (Mod-AX) which is constituted in an information processor and switches a transmission line by connecting a path between terminal points. A data base 24 integratedly manages the connection states of a path being a branching source, which is connected between the terminal points being management objects, and all paths branched from the path. Setting information of the path is inputted based on the connection state of the terminal points being the operation objects which are managed in the data base 24.
