SOLUTION: A multiplexer 4 selecting on an analog input signal from three kinds of analog input signals is provided. Switches 4a to 4c in the multiplexer 4 are commonly connected to a wiring 2. In addition, the wiring 2 is connected to an AD converting circuit 1 converting an analog signal into a digital signal. In addition, a discharging circuit 3 the other end of which is grounded is connected to the wiring 2. The circuit 3 is provided with a switch 3 and at the time of continuing this switch 3a, the wiring 2 is grounded. The circuit 1 is provided with a gain amplifier 1a amplifying an inputted signal to 1/(1-1/e)-fold and outputting it and an AD conversion part 1b converting an analog signal outputted from this amplifier 1a into a digital signal. |
