Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a dry-eye phenomenon and adverse influence exerted on the body by the deformation of the natural curvature of the spine by providing an inclining means inclining a display screen and setting the height of the lower end of the display screen within a specified range in a CRT type display device in which the length in the longitudinal direction of the display screen is equal to or above a specified value. SOLUTION: The CRT type display device where the length in the longitudinal direction of the display screen 2 is >=19.1 cm is provided with the inclining means 6 inclining the screen 2, and the height of the lower end 2b of the screen 2 is set to 1 to 7 cm. The means 6 functions also as a supporting means for the display device and is disposed more backward from the center of gravity of the display device, and it inclines the screen 2 back and forth by moving the rear part of a cabinet base 13 up and down. The screen 2 is inclined at an optional angle back and forth by the means 6. In this display device, the line of sight toward the upper end 2a of the screen 2 drastically turns downward in comparison with the conventional display device if the height of the lower end 2b of the screen 2 is within 1 to 7 cm. |
