GRAIN DRYING AND PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain drying and processing method in which both a volumetric efficiency of bins and an efficiency of drying performed with blown air are not decreased while both an installation cost and an operation cost of a grain drying and processing facility. SOLUTION: A series of bins are constituted of bins (A1 to A6) provided with an agitating device 100 and bins (A7 to A12) not provided with the agitating device 100, wherein grain received is fed into the bins provided with the agitating device, the grain is dried up to a semi-dried moisture content state where the grain can be semi-dried and stored while a required agitating operation is being carried out by the agitating device, thereafter a processing in which the semi-dried grain is replaced with the bins having no agitating device is repeated until the bins having no agitating device are full of grain. Further, subsequently, the received grain are fed in sequence into the bins provided with the agitating device and then a processing is performed in which the grain is dried up to their finished moisture while the required agitation is being carried out by the agitating device.
