Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety measure suitable for a drying system. SOLUTION: When the temperature detected by a temperature sensor 121 reaches 300 deg.C, a control section 123 closes a gas valve 124 and opens a water valve 104 on fig. (b). Consequently, water is sucked through a water suction path 122 into a storage chamber 11 and waste paint is cooled directly. If the waste paint causes fire, it is extinguished and the temperature in the storage chamber 11 is lowered. Since occurrence of combustion is prevented or combustion can be extinguished, a drying system can be constituted of inexpensive material and facility cost can be reduced.
