Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact drying facility and a drying technology where the grain size can be controlled without sacrifice of production quantity. SOLUTION: Forward/reverse rotation is repeated every five minute at low speed (2 r.p.m.) for 20 minute and then forward/reverse rotation is repeated every five minute at high speed (15 r.p.m.). Low speed operation is employed initially because high speed rotation causes viscous waste paint to scatter centrifugally and adhere to the wall of a storage chamber. When waste paint adheres to the wall of the storage chamber, thermal conductivity of the wall of the storage chamber decreases and sufficient heat does is not transmitted from a heating chamber to the storage chamber. Low speed operation is thereby kept until moisture is removed by some extent and the viscosity decreases. Since forward/reverse rotation of a stirring blade can be repeated every predetermined time, the waste paint can be moved by a short distance in the axial direction and crushed by being pressed against an end plate of the storage chamber or pulverized through crushing. |
