With regard to decision of the web thickness and the flange thickness of such an H-steel, the structure condition, scale condition, beam condition, beam attaching condition, strength condition of a column and a beam and the like of a used building are considered, in the range that the ratio of the to-be-specified web thickness and flange thickness is satisfied. |
