Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and industrially advantageously produce an organic film having nanosize thickness by electrolyzing an electrodeposition coating material contg. an organic polymer-dispersed body having an ionic group under a specific voltage, at which the electrolysis of water occurs, and depositing a resin in the electrodeposition coating material on a base material in a specified thickness. SOLUTION: An electrodeposition coating material contg. a resin having a polar group such as an acrylic resin, a polyester resin, a silicone resin or the like is electrolyzed under a voltage of 1.23 to 20 V to the theoretical decomposition voltage of water, preferably under about 2 to 10 V, and electrodeposition coating is executed. At this time, preferably, the electrodeposition coating temp. is controlled to about 15 to 35 deg.C, particularly to about 20 to 30 deg.C, and the coating time is controlled to about 2 to 300 sec, particularly to about 10 to 180 sec. In this way, the resin in the electrodeposition coating material is deposited on the base material in thickness of |
