Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sticking sheet glass capable of surely sticking the sheet glass to a flat objective glass surface at a low cost without allowing the intrusion of air bubbles. SOLUTION: The method for sticking the sheet glass which sticks the sheet glass 13 to the objective glass surface 12 includes a first stage for applying an adhesive 14 on the objective glass surface of the one surface of the sheet glass, a second stage for bringing one side of the sheet glass into contact with the side edge of the objective glass surface in such a manner that the one surface of the sheet glass faces the objective glass surface, a third stage for elastically deforming the shape of the sheet glass so as to project to the objective glass surface and a fourth stage for gradually bringing the one surface of the sheet glass into contact with the objective glass surface from one side toward the opposite other side.
