Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change effective diameter of a body by providing a crust member with a base plate and an elastic member, being a compressible outer peripheral surface arranged on this. SOLUTION: In a device including a two-knife-type cutting body arranged in a three-blade-type folding body, a tilting surface portion of a base plate 24 is mounted to a hook-shaped mounting portion 34 formed on one side of each wall of a clearance 29 on which each of knife assemblies 8.1, 8.2 is mounted, this structure allows speedy attachment and detachment of a front edge 22 of a crust member 21. The crust member 21 includes the base plate 24 arranged on a surface 33 of the cutting body 7, and the base plate 24 has a cover 26 comprising compressible reinforcing rubber structure having a thickness 27 depending to a material as a coating 26. The thickness of the elastic material on the base plate can be selected according to a web to be processed to allow rapid exchange.
