PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a favorable pressure increase characteristics and to reduce noise further by setting a pump operation signal or its formation to a function of an interrupting device, especially a valve operation signal and/or formation of the operation signal. SOLUTION: When a brake torque control is required by an upper logical unit and the precharge of a hydraulic device is required, it is specified whether the volume is accepted as a function of a valve position expressed by the operation signal of precharge valves 204, 204a of a brake circuit 220 and a brake circuit 230. If it is accepted and when a brake circuit pressure detected by a pressure sensor 214 is in a lower/upper pressure range formed by a lower/ upper pressure threshold and an intermediate pressure range between the upper and lower pressure thresholds, pumps 203, 203a are interrupted at full output or driven at half output. When either of the switch valves 205, 205a of the brake circuits 220, 230 are opened or in an opening process, the pumps 203, 203a are stopped.
