TOOL TAKING-OUT AND MOUNTING DEVICE FOR MATRIX TYPE TOOL MAGAZINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent injuries to the hand or arm of a worker by facilitating the dismounting and mounting of a tool carried by the worker and preventing the incursion of the tool gripped by a hand carrier into its work area. SOLUTION: In a tool magazine 4 provided with a holding plate 2 having a holding groove for holding many tools in a matrix form and a carrier device for carrying and positioning a hand mechanism 3 in a left/right direction, an upper/lower direction or a back/forth direction orthogonal to left and right-upper and lower surfaces in the backside of the holding plate 2, a holding plate 22 is movable from a mounting and dismounting area 41 defined in one part of the front side 44 of the tool magazine 4 to the front side of the tool magazine, and a plate moving mechanism 5 is provided for moving, by the operation of a worker, the movable holding plate 22 in the mounting and dismounting device 41 to the outside of the front side of the tool magazine 4.
