Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve water content sensitivity by installing a guide which can constantly keep a proper distance between a heat radiating body and a temperature sensing sensor. SOLUTION: A temperature sensing sensor 110 and a heat radiating body 120 are inserted in a recessed groove 141 for a temperature sensor and a recessed groove 142 for a heat radiating body formed in a guide 140. In this case, since the recessed grooves 141, 142 are parted from each other at a constant distance, the temperature sensing sensor 110 and the heat radiating body 120 are constantly kept from each other at a constant distance. Further, the intervals of the heat radiating body 120 and the temperature sensing sensor 110 from a sensor housing 130 are also constantly kept constant by engaging projected parts 131. While keeping such a state, the guide 140 is inserted into an empty space of the inside of the sensor housing 130. After that, the empty space of the inside of the housing 130 is filled with a molding material and then the molding material is molded. Consequently, the resultant water sensing apparatus is prevented from being affected with the ambient humidity and temperature.
