HEADPHONE TYPE HAND-FREE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headphone type hand-free device with high safety that is mounted on the head of a user without covering ears and interrupting external sound where the relation of position between the mouth and a microphone approaching the mouth is kept constant. SOLUTION: In the hand-free device having a speaker 4 and a microphone 1, an ear hang 9 connects to a speaker housing 10 with an L shaped arm via a universal joint 8 consisting of a ball insert section (b) and a ball (a) fitted to the ball insert section (b), the speaker housing 10 with the L shaped arm extended from the ball (a) of the universal joint 8 is fixed to the speaker 4. When the ear hang 9 is mounted on the ear, the speaker 4 is turnable around an axis center of the ball fitting part of the universal joint 8 floating at a prescribed distance apart from the ear and the ear hang 9 connects to a flexible tube 2 whose one end connects to the microphone 1 via a band 3.
