Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast receiver capable of effectively preventing erroneous selection of a viewed program by a viewer. SOLUTION: The broadcast receiver is provided with a receiving means 101 to receive electronic program table data including program discrimination information to discriminate each program to be displayed on an electronic program table, a program table creating means 108 to input the electronic program table data received by the receiving means 101 and viewing history data including the program discrimination information of the program viewed in the past and to create the electronic program list including display that the program whose program discrimination information coincides with the program discrimination information of the program viewed in the past is viewed and program table display means (109, 103) to display the electronic program table created by the program table creating means 108.
