Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an optical disk of a sticking structure in which no wrinkles are present in an adhesive part between a double coated adhesive film and an optical disk substrate. SOLUTION: A semispherical hollow pad 31, which consists of rubber and on the surface of which numerous minute gas injecting pores are formed, is opposed to the right front surface of the substrate 21. After the double coated adhesive film, which is laminate-held on a double coated adhesive sheet 11, is opposed to the right front surface of the substrate 21, the double coated adhesive sheet 11 is pressed on the substrate 21 by making the pad 31 gradually approach to the substrate 21 while supplying a pressurized dried air into the hollow pad 31. In such an arrangement, the dried air 31c from the hollow pad 31 is ejected upon the back surface of a part opposed to the substrate in the double coated adhesive sheet 11, and the double coated adhesive film is then press-contacted with the substrate 21 while the part opposed to the substrate 21 is being uniformly expanded in the radial direction. As for a gas, the use of a destaticized hot air is much preferable. |
