SOLUTION: The angle of this roadside antenna 11 is adjusted so that it becomes radio wave carrier characteristics suitable to its installment environments by rotatably installing the roadside antenna 11 to a fixing angle 13 on a strut 16 through support shaft 12 and rotating the support shaft 12 through a deceleration mechanism 15 by an angle setting motor 14. The intensity of the radio wave emitted from the roadside antenna is measured the motor may be automatically rotated just by a specified amount in accordance with the intensity.
