Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-wall-structure building and a forced cooling method therefor wherein heat received by the double-wall-structure building in the daytime in summer is efficiently cooled in the nighttime, and no energy of an air conditioner which is operated in the morning of the following day is consumed for cooling the building body. SOLUTION: A double-wall-structure building has an arrangement wherein an outer wall surface is formed by fixing an exterior facing panel 12 to a wall surface 11a of a building body 11 with an interval therebetween. Specifically, one or more dampers 17 are arranged between a space 13 which is formed between the wall surface 11a of the building body 11 and the exterior facing panel 12. Further, one end of a duct 15 is connected to the uppermost portion of the space 13, and the other end of the duct 15 is connected to a suction opening of a blower 16. During the nighttime in summer, the air in the space 13 is exhausted to the atmosphere through the duct 15, and accordingly, the outside air is introduced to the space 13 from a ground side opening 13a, thereby realizing forced ventilation. |
