In the formula, R1 represents hydrogen, a halogen, a 1-8C alkyl or the like; R2 represents a 1-12C alkylene group; R3 represents hydrogen or a 1-8C alkyl; and R4 represents hydrogen or a 1-4C alkyl. An unsaturated monomer is not particularly limited if only it is a compound having at least one polymerizable unsaturated double bond in its molecule and, for example, a (meth)acrylate compound, more specifically, a (meth)acrylic acid or the like is enumerated.
