Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polymer which can be easily degraded with e.g. ultraviolet rays in a natural or artificial environment and is capable of having been controlled in the time necessary to be degraded by incorporating an ethylenic polymer being a polymer of ethylene or of ethylene and α-olefins having the number of carbon atoms in a specified range and an antioxidant in a specified ratio. SOLUTION: The ethylenic polymer is a polymer of ethylene or of ethylene and a 3-20C α-olefin and the composition contains 0.01-1.0 pts.wt. antioxidant per 100 pts.wt. polymer. The ethylenic polymer should have an MFR (at 190 deg.C) of 0.01-1,000 g/10 min, a density of 0.85-0.97 g/cm3, and at least 0.15, in total, per 1,000C, unsaturation represented by formulae I to IV and at least 0.1, per 1,000C in total unsaturation represented by formulae III and IV. The unsaturations contained in a specified amount in the molecular chain make the polymer easily photodegradable without detriment to molding characteristics, the mechanical properties of a molding, and the transparency of a film. |
