Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-wheeler rear disk braking device capable of resolving the problem of uneven wear of a brake disk or the brake pad of a brake caliper or the like by preventing the shaking of the brake disk. SOLUTION: In a two-wheeler rear disk braking device constructed in such a manner that the other end of a caliper bracket 43, one end thereof being attached to an axle shaft installed in the rear end of a rear arm 20, is attached to the rear end 22 of the rear arm 20, a brake caliper is attached to the caliper bracket 43 and a brake disk is attached to the hub of a rear wheel rotatably supported by the axle shaft, the fixing of at least one end of the axle shaft to the rear arm 20 is carried out by using a holder, and the fixing of the caliper bracket 43 to the rear end 22 is carried out by a bolt 44 inserted into an oblong hole 43a long in a car width direction which is formed in the caliper bracket 43, so as to be adjusted for position.
