Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prohibit on-determination of a main switch by a main switch input determination part when a power source voltage is not supplied from an output power source control part to a drive circuit by detecting a condition of the output power source control part. SOLUTION: As an output power source supply release allowing signal is inputted from a main switch input determination part 5b, an output power source control part 5a actuates a relay to close a relay self-holding side contact R to supply battery power to a drive circuit 5d. While battery power is supplied from the output power source control part 5a to the drive circuit 5d, an on- signal of a monitor signal is outputted through a power source monitor line 5e to the main switch input determination part 5b. The main switch input determination part 5b outputs an on-signal to a control part 5c when the on-signal of the monitor signal is inputted. The control part 5c lights a power indicator 4 when the on-signal is inputted from the main switch input determination part 5b.
