Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an excessive peeling phenomenon from generating by inserting the edge of a peeling cutter into a groove formed in the surface of a lightweight foamed concrete and making a direction in which the force of the edge is applied correspond to a side wall a direction in which the pressing force is applied to the surface of the lightweight foamed concrete. SOLUTION: A peeling cutter 13 is inserted, at its height position adjusted to the depth of a groove 31 which is formed in a straight line on the surface of an ALC panel P set fixedly at a specified position, into the space of the groove part 31. Further the peeling cutter 13 is rocked forward/backward as shown by an arrow mark (y) by a rocking frame 14 in a reciprocal rotation motion by a rocking device 12. Next an edge part 32a on the both side walls 32 of the groove part 31 is forcibly peeled by the peeling cutter 13 and an almost circular peeled part with exposed cell pores is formed. |
