The recovery mechanism 26 is equipped with a drawing means 212: having a drawing port 210 opened in the chamber 14a a chamber 214: communicated with the downstream side of the drawing port 210, and a water jetting means 216: for jetting water 18 to powered debris 20a introduced in the chamber 214.
