Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bioreactor that can be applied to the tissue culture of a plant in a liquid culture medium, can provide the nutrients needed for growth and differentiation, can maintain the aseptic conditions and additionally provides suitable physical environments, for example, luminous intensity, stabilized atmospheric pressure, air permeability, growth space, temperature, humidity and the like. SOLUTION: An air pressure regulator 4 is used as a gas source, when a pressure is applied, the culture medium in a storage tank is pressed into the culture tank 20, the plant tissues in the culture tank 20 is soaked in the culture medium. Simultaneously a self-timer 2 is used to regulate the power supply and the pressure feed, the soaking hours, and the soaking frequency. In the meantime, when the pressurization is stopped, the higher potential energy of the culture mixture in the culture tank 20 is utilized as a power to attain an equilibrium by its own gravity of the liquid culture medium. In addition, the machine is designed to humidify the gas phase in the position between the gas source and the storage tank so that the whole amount of the liquid culture medium may be inhibited from changing, when the air that is humidified in the reactor is exhausted.
